Online Returns Policy
To lodge your returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must e-mail Tala Collective within 7 days of receiving your order. If we do not receive an email in this timeframe, we will not accept the return request. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with an RA# and form that must be printed and sent back with the item/s.
Orders eligible for a return must be sent back as new, at owner's expense and arrive within a 7 day period following approval.
If the order is not received within this timeframe, the return will be automatically cancelled & sent back to the customer at an additional charge. The RA form must be included in the return package, with all information filled out including the confirmed RA number.
If the item is faulty, please attach photos to the email so the fault can be assessed. If the item is deemed faulty, the item must be sent back to Tala Collective at the owner’s expense. The item will then be checked again, and if approved, a full refund will be issued.
Item(s) you are returning must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled with original tags attached and returned in original condition in packaging.
Any sign of wear, or if the product is not returned as new, may affect the refund. If eligible for return, please allow 3-5 business days once we have received your order for processing.
For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on pierced jewellery. All swim must be tried on while wearing undergarments and returned with hygiene strip in place and no signs of removal / alteration.
Full Priced Items
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit, exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving the order. Our 7 days return policy will be based off the delivery date of the order, so please provide this upon your request.
Sale items of a 50% discount or more are final sale & not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit. If items are returned despite this policy, they will not be approved and will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Sale items of a less than 50% discount are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.
Tala Collective reserves the right to refuse a return if the returns criteria is not met. Returns must be posted back at the customer’s expense and this cost is non-refundable. Tala Collective cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns so we recommend using a traceable form of shipping.
The shipping costs incurred for returning items(s) are not covered or reimbursed by Tala Collective.
In Store Returns Policy
Please choose carefully in store, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision with any in Store purchase. No returns on sale items purchased in store.
Tala Collective require your item(s) to be returned in store within 7 days of original purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
A store credit or exchange will be issued for the return and store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue which can be used in store or online. Please know that refunds are given only for items deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
For swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
If the original purchase was made on a credit or EFTPOS card, the refund itself must be credited to the original card used.
All garments must be in original condition with all tags attached to ensure the approval of your return request. Pierced jewellery is excluded from return due to hygiene reasons.
Afterpay Returns Policy
Orders placed using Afterpay platform are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Orders placed using Afterpay are not eligible for refund. Please see our AfterPay page for further information.
